Starting your claim is easy!
Contact Seagate customer support with your data loss details, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to ship your damaged drive to our lab.
Recovery typically takes about 30 business days from when we receive your media, though times may vary. If successful, you’ll get your data back on an encrypted storage device; if not, we’ll return your drive.

Getting Started Contact Seagate Support team with details to initiate your claim.		Prepaid Shipping After that, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.		To the Lab Use the prepaid shipping label to send your damaged drive to the lab.
